Freckles On Lips Cancer

What is that dark freckle on my lower lip?

I have a a brownish black freckle on the lower part on my lip not my chin on my lip I have no idea what it is. Im scared to kiss my boyfriend because if it was cancer I don't want him to have it to if it is contagious. What is it? How can i get rid of it? Please give me some answers.

secondly check with a doctor,bt i dn't think it is anything serious cool down k?
